For professional athletes, their families, agencies and franchises
Own the legacy. Not just the highlight.
Greatness fades from memory. The fan relationship ends at retirement. Family protection gets treated as an afterthought. Immortalized solves all three, starting with protection, before anything else is built.
Protect the crew.
An F1 car without its driver is the fastest machine in the world, going nowhere. But the driver was never alone. Behind every one is a crew whose work, income and future depend on that one person staying in the seat.
Lose a player, a founder, a partner or a visionary, and the people around them carry the loss for years. Protect the Crew is the insurance foundation that keeps every one of them standing, in place before a single token is minted.
Protected first, before any token exists.
Commissions and future deals built on one relationship.
Tickets, media value and a title window tied to one player.
Brands, restaurants and deals the athlete builds and backs.
Protection first. Then the relationship.
Each layer is built on the one before it. The policy is what makes the token credible, and the token is what turns a fan base into a relationship the athlete keeps for good.
Protect the Crew
A high-cash-value life policy engineered to be used while the athlete is alive: a capital account they can borrow against and deploy into real opportunities, with full protection for the family, agency and franchise standing behind it the whole time.
How athletes use it while livingFanShares
The athlete’s own hospitality and access token. Tiered perks, a direct line to their most invested fans, a top-holder leaderboard, and a resale fee paid to the athlete every time a FanShare changes hands.

See the 2027 seasonStardom alone is not a plan.
Greatness on the field and protection off it are two different things, and one has to come before the other.
From the field to the paddock.
Yieldz Racing, a subsidiary of Yieldz Holdings, races two Porsche 911 Cup cars in Porsche Carrera Cup North America from 2027, the only US one-make championship that races on Formula 1 weekends. The Yieldz Club is its membership.
Race-weekend access
Paddock access across all seven weekends, Daytona to the US Grand Prix, with a Yieldz Club membership: $25,000 upfront, or $7,497 down and $2,500 a month. Open to approved members with or without a policy.
Team ownership
Qualified athletes can apply for one of 100 founder seats in the team, each 0.497% of the team company, with Founders VIP access and a seat on the Founders Summit at COTA.
The road to Formula 1
The community is building toward YLDF1, a planned raise for a minority stake in a Formula 1 team. Founders first, members next. Planned, not secured.
Fan tokens aren’t new. What’s underneath ours is.
Every prior wave in sports and crypto sold the token first and figured out the substance later. FanShares starts with protection, then builds access worth having on top of it.
| Approach | Where it broke | How FanShares is built instead |
|---|---|---|
| Celebrity NFT platforms | Reputational exposure to a third-party exchange the athlete didn’t control. | A direct relationship between athlete or franchise and fan. No outside exchange to drag the brand down. |
| Celebrity meme coins | No utility underneath, so price was the entire pitch. | Utility first. Access, a real vote and status, never a promise of price. |
| Club fan tokens | Decorative voting rights riding on a volatile asset. | Every tier unlocks access that couldn’t exist without holding it, with Protect the Crew underneath. |

This material is for informational and discussion purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, insurance, or legal advice, nor an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. FanShares is a hospitality and access token, not a security or an investment; it carries no guaranteed value, buyback, or payout under any circumstance. References to resale fees describe potential compensation to the athlete or franchise, not a projected or promised return to holders. Insurance amounts and outcomes depend on underwriting, policy design and carrier. Yieldz Racing founder seats are offered only by qualification, to verified accredited investors under Regulation D Rule 506(c), through an independent SEC-registered broker-dealer and the offering’s own documents. A Yieldz Club membership buys access and experiences; it is not an investment. The Yieldz Club membership is sold separately, either $25,000 paid upfront or $7,497 down and $2,500 a month; it is available to approved members with or without an Immortalized policy and is not part of, included with, or offered as an inducement to purchase any life insurance policy. YLDF1 is planned, not secured, and may not occur; no Formula 1 team has been selected. Third-party examples are drawn from public reporting for comparative context only.
